I’m unable to register at Panache. What should I do?

If you are unable to register, is it possible you already have an account with us?

As a 100% legal website, certified by the Belgian Gaming Commission, we take the legislation in force very seriously. It is forbidden to have several accounts at Panache.

 

Forgotten your login details?

 

We therefore invite you to use the Itsme login feature. This will allow you to log in without your login details and then find them in your account, under “Personal details”: Log in via Itsme

 

If you then wish to change your email address, you can contact us directly via the contact page, stating your new email address and attaching a photo of the front and back of your identity card.

 

To change your password, simply click on ‘forgotten password’, enter your new email address and click on the link you will receive by email.

 

If logging in via Itsme does not work, please do not hesitate to contact our teams for help in regaining access to your account.
