I am no longer able to log in to my account. Why?

If you can no longer log in to your Panache account, there are several possible reasons:

  • You have entered the wrong password several times. In this case, your account has been blocked for your security. To reactivate it, contact our customer service team.
  • You have activated a self-imposed 6-month exclusion. If you have activated a temporary self-ban via our website, your account will be blocked for the duration of this period. To reactivate your account at the end of the 6-month period, contact our customer service team.
  • You have been banned from gaming by the Belgian Gaming Commission. You are no longer able to access your account.
  • You have breached our website's regulations of use. For more information, refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
