I want to cancel my time-out or my self-exclusion. Is it possible?

If you have activated a time-out, you can still log in to your account but must wait until the end of the selected time period (1, 7 or 15 days) before you are able to play again or make a new deposit. However, you can still make withdrawals.

If you have activated a 6-month self-exclusion via our website, you will have to wait until this period expires before you can log in again. To regain access to your account at the end of the 6-month period, contact our customer service team.

If you have requested exclusion via the Belgian Gaming Commission, you have the option to cancel your request. How? By sending a signed letter along with a copy of your identity card by recorded delivery to the following address:

3 months after receiving your request, you will once again be able to access our online casino website.
