To change your personal information, go to your account, under the "Settings" tab, then "Personal information."
You can change your mailing address from this tab.
To change your email address, use the "forgot password or email" button and authenticate via Itsme. You will then need to enter your new email address and a new password.
If this does not work or you would like to change any other information, contact our customer service team with a photo of the front and back of your ID card.
